Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
We also offer free local pickup in Vancouver, BC (Yaletown).

Processing time
We ship orders once a week, every Friday. Orders received by Thursday are included in that week's shipment; anything received after that ships the following Friday.
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address.
Free shipping on orders over CAD 150 shipped within Canada.

Local pickup in Vancouver
Local pickup is free. Once you receive the email confirming your order is ready, contact us at ola@casatropico.com to arrange a pickup time.

Orders shipping to the United States
Import duties, taxes, and any customs or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. Casa Tropico is not responsible for additional charges applied by US Customs upon delivery.
